 Méishān shuāng dāo 梅山双刀 (Double Broadsword)
A true Southern style bench form and not a bad one. Mostly thrusting and sweeping moves with very little of the extraneous movements you sometimes see. Very learnable. Good actions and a reasonable area for performance. Bench forms are like being in one of those wonderful restaurant fights that was a staple of Kung Fu cinema for so many years. 梅山双刀由两把梅山单刀组成，分雄雌。右手为雄刀，左手为雌刀。梅山双刀，套路招势古樸，无虚招花架，招招式式包含着极强的攻防意识，演练时快速勇猛，衔接流畅，主要刀法而：缠头，裹脑、劈、砍、扫、撩、架、刺等… The Meishan Double Swords consist of two Meishan single swords, one male and one female. The right hand wields the male sword, and the left hand the female sword. The Meishan Double Swords’ routines are simple and straightforward, devoid of fancy moves. Each move embodies a strong sense of offense and defense, and is performed with speed, ferocity, and fluid transitions. The main sword techniques include: wrapping around the head, slashing, chopping, sweeping, parrying, thrusting, etc.

Boxe Mei Shan (Montanha Ameixa) Este é um estilo sobre o qual ouvimos falar pouco (até agora). Parece ser uma mistura de Kung Fu estilo Shaolin do Sul, semelhante ao Hung, e, surpreendentemente, um pouco de Bagua – embora isso seja mantido separado do estilo principal. O treinamento é árduo e desenvolve força física. Os movimentos são baseados no Boxe do Tigre, com algumas variações Mei Shan de formas famosas como Gung Ji e Da Hong.
