Instructor / Performer — Master Feng Zhiqiang

Master Feng Zhiqiang is one of China’s most renowned martial artists and Qigong masters. Born in 1928 in Hebei Province, he began studying Xiaolinquan and the Damo Patriarch’s Yijinjing in 1936. In 1944 he learned Tongbiquan from Master Xiaofeng. In 1950 he studied Xinyiquan under the Qigong grandmaster Hu Yaozhen. In 1953, in Beijing, he received the true transmission of Chen‑style Taijiquan from Chen Fake.
