his VCD contains footage of Wan LaiSheng himself performed portions of the sword set. Also known as the 6 Harmony Double Sword. Double sword develops out of single sword. Though both hands hold the weapon the movements should not be totally symmetrical. In proper performance movements change a lot, often alternating fast and slow, light and heavy, fierce and calm. Though the moves are relatively simple the demand for coordination is high. The major movements should be independent, like a tiger fighting a leopard or a horse rearing. This sword set is strictly martial and not blended with dance movements. Good quality for the weapon. A Double VCD.
