Shaolin Damo Sword is the quintessence of Shaoin sword set patterns. It was left by Damo, the founder of the set pattern. This sword form is like doing deep meditation: getting motion from motionlessness, keeping motionlessness in motion, working out mystery in meditation. This sword set pattern has been developed to the perfect stage through studying and practicing of the generations of Shaolin monks. The feature is the co-appearance of vigor and softness with much glint and flash of the sword, and producing fierce momentum. It is a classic set pattern of Shaolin wushu.

Shaolin Damo Sword is the excellent teaching material of Shaolin Tagou wushu school. Liu Haike, the general coach of the school will introduce and teach the sword set pattern.
