梅山派武术一向讲究基本功的训练,有拳言讲“四十天打三十夜桩”,就是说练四十天的拳术,就要站三十夜桩,所以梅派各种桩势和基本功的练法对于我们都很重要,认真观摩习练此功法,必能使你修炼其他武术时事半功. Meishan martial arts has always emphasized the training of basic skills. There is a saying in the boxing world: “Forty days of boxing practice, thirty nights of standing in stances.” This means that after practicing boxing for forty days, you should stand in stances for thirty nights. Therefore, the various stances and basic skills training methods of Meishan are very important to us. Carefully observing and practicing these methods will surely make your training of other martial arts more efficient.

It is characterized by its stable stances, fierce and powerful movements, simplicity and unpretentious style, with every move focused on either offense or defense. The routines are short, concise, and tightly structured. It is known for its ability to “strike even a crouching ox in a square swoop.”
Boxe Mei Shan (Montanha Ameixa) Este é um estilo sobre o qual ouvimos falar pouco (até agora). Parece ser uma mistura de Kung Fu estilo Shaolin do Sul, semelhante ao Hung, e, surpreendentemente, um pouco de Bagua – embora isso seja mantido separado do estilo principal. O treinamento é árduo e desenvolve força física. Os movimentos são baseados no Boxe do Tigre, com algumas variações Mei Shan de formas famosas como Gung Ji e Da Hong. Também utiliza armas incomuns do Sul, como o Sai e o Tridente. No geral, um estilo muito interessante com Chi Kung intenso e formas fortes e claras. LEGENDAS INGLÊS/CHINÊS
