Not so much fighting applications as self defense applications such as wrist grabs, chokes, hair grabs etc. Much discussion on the leverage of chin na applications. Classical responses which might look too simple to some but with an added level of technical knowledge. Meishan martial arts are profound and extensive. The “Meishan martial arts parrying technique,” as the name suggests, involves neutralizing an opponent’s moves. When teaching a student, the master first instructs them on how to neutralize the opponent’s moves, then teaches them how to attack. This emphasizes sincerity first, courtesy before force, and striking only after the opponent has attacked. This routine provides a detailed explanation of blocking and defense in Meishan martial arts.
