Nidheesh Karimbil
Beginning his training at the age of 8 under his uncle, Gopalan Gurukkal, in 2000 Nidheesh Karimbil became an instructor at CVN Kalari Nadakkav operated by the late K. Narayan Gurukkal where he gained experience as a trainer, practitioner and performing artist. Together with Chizuko Asami, he has been operating CVN Kalari Studio Japan since 2012 with the aim of spreading orthodox kalaripayattu techniques in Japan while conducting workshops in Japan and abroad.
