In this three part series; she performs and teaches traditional Wu style in 89 forms as taught to her by Master Wu Ying Hua (granddaughter of the form’s creator; Quan Yuo) and Ma Yuch Liang. The Wu style is unique and will increase your strength and flexibility with movements that are both compact and unrestrained. Grandmaster Wen Mei Yu was a world renowned Chinese internal martial arts, Taijiquan and Qigong master who taught the Chinese martial and healing arts for over forty years. A former professor at Jin Wu Athletic College and former General Secretary of the Shanghai Physical Culture Association for the Elderly, Master Yu trained with some of China’s top Masters.
