This is as close to a Karate form as you are likely to see on this site. The movements are Southern style which means, among other things, relatively short arm, accompanied with breath control, with few kicks and solid but not overemphasized stances. The teaching here is excellent with a demonstrator who knows the applications and is anxious to tell about his fighting knowledge. Though a little “harder” the set should not be looked down on. Good, clear and interesting presentation. By the by, the “Three Rectitudes” are eyes, body and feet.
